Raw Material Project

Lead time is 7 to 15 working days. Monthly consulting service. Which includes:

- Validation of manufacturers ONLINE and PRESENT. Search and quotation of 1 to 4 products per item with (2) suppliers per product.
- Commercial advice. Negotiation of payment terms, production times.
- Purchase contracts committing the supplier to meet all product specifications and delivery times.
- Renegotiation of prices for initial list discounts. If necessary.
- Reconciliations between purchase order and manufacturer's invoice.
- Letter of credit agreement. (If applicable).
- Payment of suppliers. (If applicable).
- Customer-manufacturer brand development. (If applicable).
- Monitoring of production processes with the supplier. On-site audit of final production. Permanent follow-up of orders.
- Pre-shipment inspection at the manufacturer's location, with an inspector qualified in ISO9001, CE and CNAS standards.
- Demand changes of broken parts, with bad finishes or out of specifications of the purchase contract to the manufacturer.
- Detailed inspection report and audit of each container of the final production.
- Corporate rate quotation on ocean freight as a PREFERENTIAL customer.
- Documentation: Certificate of origin, packing list, invoice, BL, insurance (if applicable).
- Consolidation of cargo from different manufacturers from 1 to 4 products from different suppliers, depending on the country where the purchase is made.
- Storage in warehouses for 7 or 30 days.

Project for Entrepreneurs

The time is 7 to 15 working days, it can be less. Semiannual or annual consulting service. This includes the entire ONLINE process through the platforms selected to make the purchase, which are small in volume and do not occupy a container:

- Validation of manufacturers ONLINE: Search and quotation of 1 to 4 products per item with (2) suppliers per product.
- Commercial advice and production times.
- Purchase order committing the supplier to meet all product specifications and delivery times.
- Price renegotiation for initial list discounts. Depending on quantities.
- Payment of suppliers by transfer or through the platform. (If applicable).
- Customer-manufacturer brand development. (If applicable).
- Demand changes of broken parts, with bad finishes or out of the specifications of the purchase contract to the manufacturer. In the event that once the customer receives the goods there are defects, these should be presented through a report to request the manufacturer
for indemnification.
- Corporate rate quotation on sea and air freight as a PREFERENTIAL customer.
- Documentation: Certificate of origin, packing list, invoice, BL, Insurance (if applicable).
- Consolidation of cargo from different manufacturers from 1 to 4 products from different suppliers.
- Storage in warehouses for 7 or 30 days.
